| 3 Bunhill Row - Commercial Office Project in the City of London - November 2003 |
| |
3 Bunhill Row is a commercial office project in the City of London by Developers Helical Bar.
The Building is the second development by the same team, following the success of 1 Bunhill Row.
The building was designed by Architects Sheppard Robson, Structural Engineers Watermans, M+E Engineers Rybka and constructed by Mowlem. Dunbar and Boardman were involved from the initial design stages to ensure the feature scenic lifts, which run in the glass shaft on the outside of the building, were detailed, manufactured, installed and commissioned, by Schindler, in line with the Architects vision.
The 2 scenic lifts are interconnected to 2 conventional internal lifts to provide the main vertical transport in the building, 2 fire fighting
lifts and a single goods lift complete the scheme. The building was pre-let during construction and is occupied by commercial law firm Linklaters.
