Dunbar & Boardman are the UK's largest firm of lift consultants. Founded in 1981 by Henry Dunbar and Peter Boardman, and acquired solely by Peter Boardman in 2003, the practice has expanded to include 11 regional offices in addition to the principal office in London ­ we are well placed to service projects anywhere in the country.

Dunbar & Boardman have unique experience and expertise in developing and delivering lift solutions for the built environment including the particular challenges of high rise buildings.

Our approach to lift system design and seamless integration into the final landmark building includes:

Dunbar & Boardman have undertaken projects internationally including world-renowned buildings such as the Burj Al Arab Hotel (the world's tallest hotel), the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Complex in Dubai, the China World Trade Centre, Beijing and studies on the 'Second Circle' developments in Beijing (188 storeys).

In the UK we have undertaken lift schemes at 3 Bunhill Row and 125 London Wall in London, the Arndale Centre, Manchester and Albion Towers, Leeds. These are just a few of the successful projects we have been involved with in the 23 years since the company was formed.
